Initiatives for Quality
IDEC Quality Standard
As the IDEC Group has expanded in size, the members working there have also become multinational. Therefore, in July 2021, we renewed our existing quality policy and established the IDEC Quality Standard, which has been translated and deployed in the languages of each country in the IDEC Group. It is also linked to "The IDEC Way" established in 2019 as the IDEC Group's new philosophy and "Code of Conduct" established in 2020 as the IDEC Group's common code of conduct, making it a unified system for the entire IDEC Group.
To Improve Quality
In order to create diverse "ease of use" that varies by customer, it is important to construct a system for quality assurance at all each stage, from development and production to sales and logistics. In order to create outstanding products that customers will feel reassured to purchase and satisfied to use, we aim to strengthen our in-house cooperation for company-wide quality assurance system.
ISO 9001 Certification Status
The IDEC Group continues our corporate activities by operating and managing a quality management system to provide products and services with the quality that our customers and the market demands. We have also undergone audited and been certified by a third-party certification agency for ISO 9001, an international standard on quality management systems.
